Pros

All staff were incredibly nice, gained valuable experience, helped provided necessary services to refugees.

The office was fairly underfunded so there are not many perks as part of the workplace culture.

Pros

They honestly care for people and they come first. Super rewarding.

Cons

Depending on the location, salaries are not enough to even cover basic needs. A lot of work for the amount of salary, you get burnt out faster
