Pros

IRC is a very diverse organization and any team member will get the good benefit of working with colleagues from different background, regions etc

Cons

Despite being around for so many years, there are still some areas with lack of policies / proper documentation

Pros

Amazing, diverse staff deliver high quality results for an inspiring cause. Upper management is highly skilled.

Cons

For the mediocre pay, the work is very demanding, and with less resources than needed to be successful at times, the employee stress level is high.
