With new president (Miliband), new team brought in, no experience in int'l dev't, huge egos, and took over.

-passionate staff. Everyone really cares about the work they are doing. -very important global work. Helping refugees all around the world find peace, safety, and stability.

Cons

-not well paid. It is typical pay for this type of work, though. The organization runs on federal funding and grants.
