Pros

Good benefits with lot of time off. Paid Vacations, sick days, floating holidays.

Cons

Hard to move up or do something new. Management is biased and lot of favoritism. Job itself are very stressful and management does little to nothing to help employees cope with it.

Pros

Great people to work with and a great mission, they care so much it's inspiring. Pay is good for a nonprofit. And depending on what department you work for, time can be flexible.

Cons

The bureaucracy can be overwhelming. If feels like getting anything done takes twice as long just to navigate through the maze of approvals. Most of which very often seems unnecessary.
