Pros

Great people, rewarding work. Everyone there genuinely cares about the mission and goes above and beyond.

Cons

Feels like Snr leadership doesn't take accountability when things go wrong, poor management and very poor functional systems.

Pros

Good benefits and pay (depending on your department). Good people and mission.

Cons

They cut 10% of our staff after already not backfilling roles. Google it.

Pros

Innovative in places, some experienced folks around, commitment to humanitarian causes and good benefits.

Cons

growth based predominantly on whether your manager likes you and expensive and clunky organisational structure.
