Pros

You get to do great work that really matters & the healthcare benefits are phenomenal. Really great staff!

Cons

Regional offices are very siloed from HQ; really hard to move roles & a very strict hierarchy - like you can get in trouble if you reach out to a leadership at certain levels

Pros

They use a hybrid schedule, so we only go into the office twice a week. This makes it more flexible and easier to manage one's schedule

Cons

The pay could be higher for the amount of work we do. Additionally, education won't make a difference in your pay. If you are coming in with a Bachelor's or a Masters, you will get paid the same if you are in the same position. The pay only differs after at least a year of working there. They will give no raises before then.

Pros

Great work for a good cause

Cons

Not a job for someone with anxiety. Also the team leaders constantly make you feel on edge as if you’ll be fired every time you go a day without a donor.
