Lots of red tape

Pros

Dedicated staff and meaningful work

Cons

More paperwork than necessary, your job is determined by grants and red tape decided by people in New York who aren't in touch with how it affects actual people.

Pros

The office space is nice and the people are lovely, except for the Head of HR.

Cons

The expected workloads and to deliver on when the departments are under resourced creates burnout for most of their staff. The Head of HR has been known to bully people who complain and has spoken many times about how they don't think that supporting BAME staff is important.
