Good people Good hours It is a great place to work on something you care about deeply. Good mission.

Cons

People not that committed because of low pay. Donors can be pushy and shape program their way

Pros

The IRC is very dynamic. Everyone is open to criticism and change. Work is interesting. Work/life balance is very good too.

Cons

For some roles, it can feel a bit lonely as a few team could be made of only 1 or 2 persons.

-passionate staff. Everyone really cares about the work they are doing. -very important global work. Helping refugees all around the world find peace, safety, and stability.

Cons

-not well paid. It is typical pay for this type of work, though. The organization runs on federal funding and grants.
