Pros

Great people, rewarding work. Everyone there genuinely cares about the mission and goes above and beyond.

Cons

Feels like Snr leadership doesn't take accountability when things go wrong, poor management and very poor functional systems.

Pros

The IRC has great direct service staff and works hard to achieve their service goals

Cons

The IRC is still adjusting to being a much larger organization then it once was, and growing pains from management and headquarters are certainly felt by direct service staff.
