Pros

- tackling meaningful problems for small businesses - great overall benefits - employee-focused approach to leadership

Cons

- too many meetings yet not a lot of alignment in spite of all these meetings - managers who aren't skilled at the job they are managing so they don't provide useful coaching or feedback

Pros

Overall, I still believe that Intuit can be a fantastic place to grow your career and be pushed in many positive ways. Benefits and perks are fantastic.

Cons

It's very simple, and I cannot stress this enough. When interviewing, inquire about how long each of your future team members have been at Intuit, and how many times they have been promoted, specifically in that department. Don't focus on the leaders, but rather the individual contributors and a pattern will emerge. You will be able to determine if that department is truly supportive of your career and your well-being.
