Pros
Has its challenges like any job, but the culture and benefits are great. The managers care a lot about their employees and there is a lot of opportunity to grow your career for people who want to put in the work.
Cons
There are a lot of reorganizations and they shuffle people around a lot. I find it only mildly annoying because most of the people, including managers, have been really caring and good at their jobs, but reestablishing a relationship with a new manager every few months is kind of hassle and it can get in the way of doing the work.
