Epic support from our co-workers, managers, lead support team, incentives team, leadership team, technical and service teams. The best in work. life, balance and the cultural environment they offer is the most positive and supportive community they are all a pleasure to work with, and always bring their best selves to the work environment. Every employee is recognized for their strengths and what skills they bring to our mission. When COVID-19 almost completely shut down my tax business after 32 years of being self-employed, none of the corporate world would even consider me as a candidate at my age. But Intuit embraced by 30+ years of expertise and vast knowledge in the tax industry. Providing me with the resources and training with the most current and advanced technology in the industry and continue every day to recognize my value and power my own prosperity. They offer great bonus incentives, that are attainable if you adhere to the training and clear guidance you are give for your role. Their pension plan is available to all employees, and for every $1.00 we contribute to our 401K they pay $!.25 for up to 6% of our income with a maximum of $10k per year. You are fully vested in the plan from day 1. The have partnered with many companies to offer Perks at Work discounts for technology like computers, TV's and other popular items. You can choose the schedule you want to work, most of the positions are remote work, they provide you with state of the art, updated technology to perform your work remotely, and flexible scheduling. It is the closest thing to still being self-employed without the stress of where your next paycheck is coming from. This is my definition of a Zen Job.

Cons

I have yet to experience any downsides to working for Intuit. I would love to stay working for them all year round, instead of just seasonally. The recognize my career goals and provide the opportunities and help me with guidance and resources to obtain the credentials I need to secure my place in a position where I can even surpass those career goals.
