Terrible Sales Culture

Pros

Great benefits, fair pay, lots of free swag. The overall company culture is great but the sales culture is awful.

Cons

Leadership lacks experience. You will not be inspired to work hard for them. They will micromanage you and they do not support working from home. The new hire process is awful. They claim to be working in a collaborative environment but they sit at the head of meetings and it is always "them" against "us". They will throw you under the bus to save themselves. Very flat org so very little career advancement.

Company sucked

Pros

The company really had no good pros. Their policies conflict with your obligations as tax professional. I would not recommend working for them. They also did not pay me for all the time I spent trying to complete some training that they made me do 4 times.

Cons

Low pay and age discrimination.
