Pros

- Nothing that I could think of

Cons

- Slow moving - Lot of processes - People often listen only to few people when making an decision/opinion which could be biased. - Influential people think they can do anything and get away with that. They feel other folks should support them in their mistakes even if that means lot of re-effort or wastage of past efforts. Someone who supports them is tagged as good others as bad - Some projects are using half-cooked designs - Some people are using technologies which are not at all suitable for the job.

Pros

Vision of the company is great but management is horrible. Good Pay and benefits.

Cons

The kind of managers the company has wants to waste intuit's money and it's valuable resources. Like someone pointed out here, unless you play smoochy smoochy with management they kick you out the door or stifle your advancement and screw you up your performance reviews. Extreme micromanaging, extreme bossy... All they care about is process and have several meetings and go in circles on the same topic. People are quitting because of talent abuse - Wake up!! Several business units are facing this issue. Internal politics is just terrible.
