Pros

Products that sell because they own tax prep.

Cons

Horrible work life balance, relatively moderate benefits and almost no perks. No one wants to be there. Offices are empty on many afternoons.

Pros

Intuit's Products & CEO are exceptional. They perks and amazing too.

Cons

Meeting Culture - It is normal to be in meeting from 9 - 6, and upper management sees this as normal Unwilling to make tough decisions - In an effort to always be nice, a culture has developed where decisions are not made if they will hurt someone's feelings Intuit Speak - Intuit has developed its own language that is not the same as elsewhere in the Valley, or across tech.
