Support, Moral, and value of the employee is the number one goal of this company. Satisfaction of knowing you helped someone Excitement of wondering who is going to be on that other end of the phone Pay and incentives are awesome Team Spirit Most of all having fun and learning something new each and every day

Cons

I don't really have any cons on this company. Sure it's fast paced and alot of hours but you make it the way you want it.

I love the flexability and I love the benefits overall

Cons

I took issue with the changes to the bonus requirements, the inability to schedule to qualify for the new bonus requirement, and the lack of transparancy about the matter. I think is questionable how they have no permanent full time positions in the Tax department and the ability to move up into a permanent full time position seems next to impossible in this department
