Pros

I love that I can make my own hours and that the training is paid. The managers and leads are very down to earth and really want us all to succeed. I learn something new every year and I love the little virtual mixers that they had this year. And the Intuit gifts are the best!!! I also like being able to go to other manager's huddles since I usually missed my own.

Cons

I don't like that they made it harder to get bonuses this year. The pay didn't go up much from last year even though inflation is through the roof.
