Pros

Really live their values, high on integrity and doing right by customers & employees first. Great culture with people who really want to make a difference. Benefits outside of cash compensation are great. Innovation and bold leaps are encouraged, celebrated

Cons

Middle management too protected and empowered. Taking in world class talent at the bottom and best of the best make it to the top, but the middle if full of org structures that can be their own toxic pits. One bad leader and your comp, career outlook, and day to day life sucks...Pretend to care about employee opinion/feedback, but no serious changes are made to fix known issues. Also lots of legacy technology and thinking, manual processes live for decades.

It's getting embarrassing working here - treated like children.

Pros

This company is great. No question. They want the best for all the employees, good salary, benifits, opportunity for growth, leaders are generally good. People are very friendly. Office space top tier.

Cons

The fun culture has been completely decimated. There is a strong anti-drinking culture cultivated by the new country leader. What was once a vibrant Friday night, is now a drab affair. The receptionist has been instructed to "lock" the fridge like a mother hiding candy from her children. Celebrations for End of Financial Year has gone from joyous occasions at a nearby bar, to 1.5 hours of cheap alcohol in the kitchen. Friday nights are chaperoned by a leader (who obviously don't want to be there) as if to say staff can't be trusted to do the right thing. It makes me feel embarrassed to work here.
