Pros

Great people who want to do the right thing for customers, excellent reputation, impressive board, strong customer bases

Cons

Arrogance in some senior leaders say we are customer oriented but very focused on price increases and upgrades, vanity metrics on customers and engagement

Pros

The people leading often try and do the right thing, whether most employees understand this, or not. Emphasis overall is on the people. Good culture. The change in leadership and growing pains globally certainly add some pressure, but at the end of the day, Intuit really does make the effort to create a great place to work and pays well. The rest is up to you, as it should be.

Cons

Too much org change. Sometimes right when it seems things are working, there is another change. Downstream impact on supporting functions seems to create many challenges.
