Pros

The ability to work from home and can work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The starting pay is way better than most of the other Tax Preparation companies. They have a lot more room for advancement and they train you.

Cons

Sometimes we have to deal with crazy customers but at least it is few and far in between. I don't like having to be surveyed because one bad survey can mess up your score and some people are just miserable no matter how nice you are. We get bad surveys even if they are just upset with the software.
