Pros

Very customer focused culture, and customers are small biz, not big enterprise. Results in a very Down to earth approach to problem solving. Extremely respectful work culture, sensitive to all the usual usual categories. Good maternity and paternity programs, disability friendly campus, Flexible hours, ultra casual environment, great new fitness center. Top of heap pay, very competitive benefits. Founder (Scott Cook) is still the heartbeat and conscience of the company, decades later.

Cons

Not a "technology" company,.rather it is a,"solutions" company. Be ready to shovel some legacy along with the latest buzzwords. Not too good for career growth if you are a remote employee. But then which company is?
