      Intuit, great place to work but a few challenges

      Pros

      Great place to work for excitement of ideas, vision, brand , strategy and culture. Good compensation and great workforce with strong ethics

      Cons

      Need to excute faster, be aware of what it takes to convert technology- drive by data not powerpoint, to many internal territory conflicts, senior management must be held accountable for working together.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Good work / life balance and work from home.

      Cons

      Non-technical management in a purly technical corporation. More emphasis on yearly methodology changes and buzz words than on compentance and achievement. Spent too much time trying to dumb down important information for management but most still not capable of understanding anything technical much less developing actionable items. Complete lack of coaching and training the rank and file for promotion.

      - strong strategic vision - disciplined approach to execution of day to day priorities - community of achievers - integrity and care are more than words in the value statements... they are expected pursuits!

      Cons

      - change... is the only constsnt! - leaders are often over focused on the short term outcomes... struggle with valuing longer term changess that will take a few years to pay dividends.
