Pros

Intuit does a great job of supporitng its employees...if you have a strong manager. I have seen "star" employees able to really show their stuff and get to work on great projects. The salary and benefits are strong and competitive.

Cons

When the going gets tough the tough get to "politiking"...There is way to much of a blame game going on from the sr. leadership team...who owns what revenue, who pays for what....it is getting in the way of our real objectives. The Executive team needs to GET RID of these people and get the right ones on board in order for Intuit to continue to be a place where the best and brightest would want to work.

Pros

Great benefits and a good working environment. Probably one of the best paying jobs in Tucson as call centers go.

Cons

Job uncertainty with layoffs going on or the constant impending threat of future layoffs. Not the "great place to work" that it used to be, but still a good place to work.
