Too much politics and process oriented place

Pros

Compensation is right and benefits are great.

Cons

Politics, re-org happens often and the company is constraint by too much politics and process on every thing you do. You need to constantly watch your back if you decide to work for Intuit. Simply, transparency and collaberation are not a common practice at intuit.
