      Culture is changing for the worst

      Pros

      Great people to work with around me. The company supported better work-life balance earlier.

      Cons

      They are very poor in internal communications. I was proud of working for this company till last year. Decisions to layoff and outsource are quick but otherwise too slow. The work-life balance is deteriorating. There are teams that really need more resources, but there are other teams that are asked to get rid of people. Very poor in talent mobility.

      nice guys. good benefits. good food. good workout place. good troops. nice offices.. green grass. good coaching. good times for all

      Recent org changes -- unclear direction, silent management. We are waiting to see what the real strategy is. Time will tell

      Pros

      The company does provide environment for work life balance as it promises. Company pays well to its employees. People are good here.

      Cons

      It is not a pure technology company so engineers who want to be hands on with latest technologies should not expect much from here. Although the company is having too much of re-org, real direction of the company is till not clear to employees. Lot of work is still done using old legacy code which helps no where to the new gen employees.
