Pros

Was such a great company to work for for a long time. Amazing benefits, great teams.

Cons

Really went downhill the last two years I was there. Expected way more out of people but didn't increase pay - ie., asked to do stretch roles that were way beyond my skill without really any training to help grow and then never increased my pay but made me REALLY stressed. Lots of business decisions that seemed to disregard the employee and the customer experience... only the stakeholders seemed to matter. Tout "Customer Obsession" as a core value, but obliterate the customer experience with notoriously bad support but still manage to continually increase their prices for the customer.
