Pros

401k Match Casual work environment Stacked up kitchen

Cons

Constant changes in management which are hard to deal and inadvertently that effects one's targets and performance Team managers have no clue to what they are doing- they don't have any leadership experience- that makes it a toxic sales environment. The real concerns are not heard and one is made to work like a sheep.

Pros

Facilities and Benefits are decent

Cons

Management lacks care for customer accept getting every dime out of them. There’s no long term strategies, just excessive empty blah, blah we care... Lip service, overreacting, ongoing layoffs, management changes is the modus operandi - leaving only incompetent minders running the show dispensing make-work and incoherent, failed strategies. Company’s a shell of its former self.
