Pros

One of the best places to work. I like the benefits, work culture, and the organizational policies. There are some leadership training programs which are very helpful for growth of an individual.

Cons

It takes a long time to get promoted. There is too much competition and of course this company too is not an exception to little bit of politics. Politics do happen under the name of 'Networking'. So be prepared for that. Recently the work from home policy is changed a bit.
