Pros

Yearly bonus is there but depends how much you are ready to lick your manager. CEO bonus of 750 dollar every year. Free cab facility. 1320 rs per month in sodexo.

Cons

If you oil massage(Whole body) to your manager then within 3 year you will get 2 promotion irrespective your experience. 7 year guy got it and now he is a senior associate. Still peole with more experience more than 10+ year are junior to him as designation point of view. Once you get the offer the VP will call you every week 2 to 3 times even on weekends to let you know that you will be saviour of his team and blah blah.... I was promised to get to work on cloud as I had 3 yr cloud experience but after joining I did only one poc and then never get any good work. Only so called (ROTA) support not sure whether it was L1 or L2.. Then the kubernetes work came but again the person close to manager (oil massager) got that work and working secretly without any of the team mate knowledge and after 3 month we came to know he will lead the work. Never ever attend interview or join CDS team.

Pros

-- free transport. -- free lunch coupons

Cons

- Long working Hours (Come at your will, leave at Manager's will) . They would be happy if you join as bonded labor. - Work culture sucks . Politics rocks !!! - No stress on technology enhancement. - Good practices are not followed at all . - You don't have any choice. You will be assigned a task which you have to complete within specified time . You don't have any say. - You can't enjoy your week ends . All deployments and prod-fixes happen in week-ends. - You will be asked to login from home after 10PM in night . - If you think you will be rewarded with good bonus, then you are wrong. Most people don't get good bonus , even zero . Hike doesn't exceed 5% . - Hire and Fire policy works best . Every year, scores of people are fired, not because of performance, but cost-cutting. Attention: == > 1. Don't Join AWM (Asset Wealth Management) or WM (Wealth Management) . 2. If at all, you somehow landed in AWM/WM, Don't join PAM/Mossaic/Account maintenance/KYC teams, because management of PAM team is horrible who knows nothing except advising resources to stretch day in and day out. Sometimes They ask you to work in multiple projects. They dont give good feedback and appraisal to her resources. 3. If you are very unlucky and landed in one of the AWM/WM teams, then at least check your direct manager's name and project name and seek feedback.

Pros

1. Competitive Pay 2. Work from home 3. Latest Technologies

Cons

1. High amount of politics in various teams. People who are insecure of their job, do participate in such activities to save themselves. 2. Poor ethics and core values from bottom to middle level managers. Perhaps organisation need to remind them on regular basis. 3. Not a safe place for women technologist. Most of the time, a team will have 1,2 women. They get easily targeted through anonymous feedbacks by team. Entire team will give them negative reviews to vote out and manager will rate as poor performer. Once you are rated as poor performer, you will get a 1-2 months of notice period to find another opportunity internally or leave the organisation. Most of the time managers are either aware of this or participate into this. Unfortunately senior managers are not able to do anything as their delivery depends on these managers. Within CIB Banking, Graphite Application, 4 senior women technologist(1 ED, 1 VP, 2 Senior Associates) were targeted in last 3-6 months and had to leave the team/firm. 4. Diversity hiring in technology has become a joke, because women candidates get easily hired by the firm and easily fired. Can you keep a check on quality and hire the people whom you can provide long term career within firm. 5. Long term career is rare within firm for women technologist as most of the time, they choose not to practice politics or are unaware that they are getting purposefully targeted. 6. Lots of people from single other firm(mainly Goldman Sachs) join the same team and play groupism & politics.
