Pros

stable place to work; relatively good people; decent work / life balance. Overall a good firm.

Cons

1. overall i feel like people are underpaid vs. the street. 2. company is poor at allowing talent to explore new opportunities withing the bank despite its size (although there are a few at very sr levels that they would quote). 3. conservative....large organization that could be making a lot more $$
