Pros

Chase is an interesting place to work because you can collaborate with all levels of employees in locations all over the US (or even globally).

Cons

Despite the fabulous press, there is much cost cutting (and job cutting) going on. Employees have to bring their own toilet paper, paper towels, water and coffee in certain locations. Some employees describe their work teams as "the island of lost toys" because of the mixed results of mergers and downsizings. Promotions are simply out of concept.

Pros

Diverse lines of business; co-workers / management approachable and helpful; consistently good communication about changes in department and company as a whole.

Cons

Salary was lower than expected, and slow to increase (though within a reasonable range); space issues: people frequently moved between desks, and had to share a cube from time to time.
