Pros

The people I worked with were largely intelligent, friendly, and good at their job. There was very little in-fighting among workers within my group.

Cons

Compensation was well below comparable positions at many other companies, which eventually led to the exit of the most talented staff members.

Pros

Good name, good brand recognition

Cons

Limited product offerings, bank locations are a mixed bag. Completely different vibe than working at a wirehouse.
