      Awesome coworkers, competitive pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Since 2020 your job is good until Jabil finds a way to move it to Asia or outsource to other vendors. The whole IT culture changed to Asian style of management (respect the authority, don't ask question, leadership does not share strategy with American managers and professionals since they are viewed not smart and are threat to Asian leadership)

      Pros

      My life has been improved while working at Jabil. Jabil hired me during the height of the Covid pandemic and gave me an opportunity when I really needed one. Jabil supports its workforce by respecting diversity, actively practicing inclusion, and rewarding hard work. I've personally witnessed employees climb from a front line temp employee into a department supervisor. Jabil is a flagship for "developing from within".

      -Fairly easy -nice employees -ok pay -good snacks but expensive -room to grow in leadership

      Cons

      - you cannot sit for 8 hours unless at break - If you are not a lead or supervisor, you might as well be a zoo animal. - you will be talked down to every.single.day -lack of any form of communication -No one knows how to use a walkie talkie -bathrooms look like a crime scene
