      JVN management is not good at controlling and encouraging their employee to work and stay as a long journey with the company. they consider employee is as the tool rather than some one passionate to the company.

      Pros

      Very good benefits. A lot of longevity in the corporate office. Current CEO started out working in the factory. Lots of chances for advancement.

      Cons

      Lots of company changes constantly. Unfortunate layoffs happen often. Mini people who have been there many years are let go without any notice. One day they walk up to you and have your box ready.
