Pros

Pay is good for entry level but it is about the only pro to it all. If you are desperate for money, this is the place for you but get ready for all the headaches, back pain and your family asking where have you been because you will not be seeing them.

Cons

Management is insane! There are managers hitting on and getting it on with employees at the actual factory. HR is a joke! They are on a power trip and will give out "points" for you just breathing. The "point system" they have is also a joke and they tell you "the points go away in 6 months" but no its 6 months from the month you got them so if you receive 1 point in May but 2 in June, it counts as 3 points but they will "go away" in Oct and the other in Nov. but that does not matter because the next thing you know you have 4 - 6 points but if you bark up the right tree, they will let it slip. You sign up for the hours depending on the schedule you would like and because they have 3 shifts, there is hours for everyone but forget your days off. They say "Monday to Friday and we rarely do OT" and the next thing you know, you are working every day an extra 2 hours and every Saturday is MANDATORY (they kept trying to say its "scheduled" but no, the real word is "MANDATORY") and if you cannot go in on MANDATORY Saturdays, you have to forfeit PTO and receive "points" as well so forget "work life balance" because that does not exist at this company. The parking situation is a joke, they bought a building and hired a large amount of people and said "Good luck with parking! but you are not allowed to park here, there or anywhere!" and they also love to update the parking map and not mention it to anyone so one day you find parking and think "great, I will keep parking here!" come to find out the next day that no, you cannot and you now also have a "point" for parking there! You also can clock in 5 min before your shift but you have to clock out at exactly the time your shift ends so there is an overlap of people getting out and people coming in but by the time they clock out, you are already late and you have been circling the parking lot for 30 -40 min trying to find a spot. Then you are one second late, you get a point!
