      Pros

      Matched 401K and payed well. Enjoyed the others working there and had nice offices. We're accommodating with any needs too.

      Cons

      Had to make major cuts to the company's engineering department for the sake of cutting costs. Not very well run from the top down

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and competitive salary.

      Cons

      Management frequently changes strategic direction, resulting in layoffs and low morale. Performance expectations can be unrealistic with lean staff and tight deadlines requiring night and weekend work on a regular basis. Not a company that values work-life balance. A relatively flat organization with minimal opportunities for advancement.

      Pros

      Good benefits, health, 401k. Good pay. Hardly ever worked weekends, unless super busy.

      Cons

      They company is very large and impersonal. Very little effort is made to help employees manage their career development. Communication, while frequent, is weak. Employees do not understand the company strategies and decisions which results in a lack of faith in leadership.
