      Pros

      First 3 years were really good, strong in processes. Followed and implemented Agile practices.Work on cutting edge technology. Salary structure and benefits above market standards.Used to have good work life balance.

      Cons

      Lot of management changes almost every year changes in leadership. Last 6-8 months leaderships changes in India not going good with the organization. Lack of basic principles of planning. Adhoc execution and unrealistic timelines for software deliveries. Thick hierarchy not much scope for career progression.

      Pros

      Great benefits, fair pay. Most co-workers are highly motivated and smart Get their work done. Locations was central to most things which was nice.

      Cons

      Large company, so not alot of face time with the higher-ups. If you want to make a change, it first needs to go through the management channels, which takes a long time.
