      Pros

      Nice people around, I've spent nice years with very friendly guys. International habitat is big plus for someone who wants to improve his/her english.

      Cons

      I was disapointed about how they deal with experienced people. Unfortunately, there is very low probability to make some personal growth by professional way, bigger chance for making some personal progress is friendship with local management. This was the reason why I left. I believe this was problem at the location where I was working, it does not have to be the same in general in each JC location.

      Decent salary, excellent 401k and other benefits

      Cons

      Poor management that is completely out of touch, more concerned with manipulating data to fulfill spread sheet expectations than actual results and customer service. Sold a 12 month contract, dispatcher missed 3 of the first 8 SSV's, when questioned about this, she was told to miss them to increase margins by the Branch Manager. Poor leadership promotes cronies who are ineffective and sacrifice customer service for their own preservation. Turnover is unbelievable, at least 15 resignations in 24 months at one branch. Service, sales, engineering, etc.

      Very sad environment. Do not join by it's big name in India. All Indian political environment and bad facilities

      Job security could be one of the reasons to join this company. bad work environment.

      Cons

      Do not join this company. It's like small struggling company. Politics all around they have most of the people came from Ref. No cafeteria, no MNC facilities, very small company of old boring people.
