      Pros

      Offered me some of the best lifetime opportunities to gain experience. Paid good benefits and salary. Some good direct managers. Good work/life balance, at least it depends where you are in the company.

      Cons

      Company has gone downfall very fast, cost cutting to the bone. Outsources literally everything it can. Will not invest any money into improving processes to save the company. Managers have habits of hiding things from you, especially things that will impact you negatively. Chances are within two years of starting your job you'll be outsourced to a cheaper overseas place. Don't expect long-term careers nowadays.

      Pros

      The low level people and some managers who work there are amazing professionally and personally. I have made a lot of great friends working here.

      Cons

      Deadlines come first, all else be damned. Benefits have been constantly cut, raises delayed, no transparency what so ever. Employees are asked to do more and more with less manpower, pay, benefits, resources, etc.

      Pros

      Some learning for interns and new hires, but only for a limited period. If you are a boss and yes-man you can get great promotions, salary and incentives.

      Cons

      Worst senior management and leadership at IEC. Their leadership is extreme levels of politics, favouritism, arm twisting, lies, bullying, etc. They are hypocrite people who just talk about integrity and to be humble. I have seen many good people leave due to this kind of culture. Culture and values are really worst.
