      Met some genuine people willing to collaborate.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs to placate stock holders. Back stabbing management; use surprise tactics during performance evaluations. Concentrate way too much on political correctness and much less on running the business effectively.

      Employees are disposable commodities Complete disconnect between Corporate Leadership and Field Management in BE Highly "Good ol' BOY" politically driven career advancement organization HR plays ostrich when issues are raised Huge locomotive that tries to be a trolley car when changing direction – which is FREQUENT (every 2 years)
