Pros

Johnson Controls values and spends resources on its educational process. Education and qualification as a Six Sigma Black Belt are requirements for promotion.

Cons

Johnson Controls is a very large organization with several layers of management and controls from central headquarters. This centralized structure affects its ability to provide quality support in some cases.

Pros

If you want to work...... A LOT!!! then this is the place for you. Its pretty good pay and there is plenty of oportunity to make $50k+ for just being blue collar.

Cons

They will work you till you fall apart. They care nothing about you or your family. You are replaceable and can be replaced by tomorow. 6 or 7 days a week when its busy. 12 hour days that you are forced to work. Not to mention the health aspect of working around lead, and repetative motion.
