      Very bad company only looking for money. Don't care about customer and reputation.

      Easy commute. Love my work. Love to work with my friend. Love my customers. Get paid on time. Learn new thing.

      Cons

      Complexity work process. Small Bonus pay out to employee compare to performance. Low increment. Big gap between management and lower staff. Don't take good care of customers. Poor collaboration internally.
