      A nice place to work, people is willing to make new things and help customers to grow. A lot of organizational changes that allows to grow from one position into a new role!

      Many changes in the organization and still need to develop a ¨Johnson Controls¨ way to merge, spin off, etc any company.

      Pros

      Profesional growth, global company, challenging and fast paced enviroment. Good compensations and health plans, Fully paíd vacations. Friendly enviroment and lord of learning oportunities

      Cons

      There is no flexibility regarding schedules. Almost 3 years and the company still cannot aprove the home office for some units. But... they continúe to bring the subject up as if management is working on it. Our schedules are of 10 hrs per day.
