Pros

1. Offer good package if you manage to negotiate 2. Sponsor H1B and GC. 3. Able to work various cutting edge IT technologies. 4. Benefits are descents including 401K, and retirements. 5. Not much travel. 6. Few very exceptional good resource. 7. Nice building. 8. Work from home 9. Employee Discount for car battery and others. 10. BTNS working culture is better than Power division though Power division is more profitable.

Cons

1. No clear IT strategy. Leadership changes frequently so the directions. 2. EPMO is total scam. They hire temporary project managers for running project s who do not understand technology, process and project management methodology. They can't even talk and prepare decent slides for weekly updates. 3. Collusion between IT vendors and IT leadership. 4. Half of the SAP COE managers are incapable and technically blind. Few resources are exceptional. In SAP team too much fat. Top heavy SAP organization structure with 4-5 Directors/10 Sr Managers /5-6 Managers/4-5 architects. 5. IT Demand Organization (Business Facing IT organization/BRM ) is another layers of fat which also cause delay in project execution. Most of them do not even know the business requirements and how to collect the demands from business. Total in efficient team again with so many Sr Managers and Managers.

Pros

Stable enough company. Buying every other company so you'll likely end up working for them anyways

Cons

Constant area changes and shake ups. Gutted benefits. Negative replacement of Tyco management with JCI good ol' boys.
