they provide best benefits, i think no one can top them in the PH, but for my role, there is no room for career growth. I have colleagues that have stuck for their role in 7 years they should have been in a senior role now but yeah my role is glorified assistant to recruiters which is so sad.

I have colleagues that have stuck for their role in 7 years they should have been in a senior role now but yeah my role is glorified assistant to recruiters which is so sad. also project management is so bad in this company, its all over the place. i think its good they try to advance their tools but should have handled more correctly as its costing their people. team has been overworked for years and they can't do anything about it. yes they have new tools but people are burnt out.
