Pros

Nothing as I think of right now, only that it provides relocation packages nothing else.

Cons

Senior Management is of no use. They usually do monopoly. Micromanagement. Wouldn't recommend it at all. Rather go for other companies. This company is born in 2004 but didn't become a good name yet because of issues mentioned above. Interviews are not conducted very well to get good technology guys. People can be rejected without feedback. ( sad)

- Possibility to use 2 work days per sprint for learning, doing activity outside of everyday project work - Additional vacation days (~10) per year - Great company culture. - Quite modern JS tech stack. - Great office perks

Cons

- Job can get monotonous. - A bit slow communication with team members on the USA because of timezones.
