      Pros

      Excellent training material, vast intranet resources, lot of small perks given out, fairly enjoyable experience outside of the work place with co-workers.

      Cons

      Long hours, miscommunication from management and lack of follow-through. A little gossipy in a cut-throat clic type way.

      Pros

      The best reasons to work for KPMG are all the training and carreer growth opportunities. The option to travel to anywhere in the world and be given a chance to work and grow in a new culture is a tremendous opportunity available for KPMG employees.

      Cons

      The hours can be long especially in busy seasons. The clients are so large that you are unavoidably at their command and may have to do an enormous amount of commuting.
