Pros
- the mtl office hires a lot of industry experienced hires - visibility for interesting and high impact projects - decent salary compared to industry, but wayyyyy lower than other consulting firms - lots of opportunities to work with various departments through engagements, proposals, social initiative, etc
Cons
- Ms, SMs, and upper management arent actually sharp or well suited for their level (most promotions are given to the personality that upper mngmt likes the most, which is problematic in the long run) - fast paced environment - expensive to stay in the office (paid parking, food nearby are min 15-20$ tax excluded, which adds up very quickly)
