The company truly believes what it preaches! Patients first! Compensation #1 in healthcare industry. Benefits: I don’t know of any company that provides better. Staff/ Co-Workers: all excellent people! They truly care! Well educated, board certified! Crossing over to other specialties is always available. Educational programs are available, stipend provided for CME, Conference attendance time allocated.

Cons

Department is very busy! Usually under staffed, High stress . Mid-level providers are under utilized. Upward Career Opportunities very limited.
