-lots of resources -good coworkers -best RN pay in CA

Cons

-Lots of bureaucracy -really feel that this is truly a business -budget matters over almost everything else -cannot change specialties easily. every other hospital org you can easily change your specialty. this is not the case with kaiser and one of my biggest qualms with them.
